Unworn, unwashed items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-stitched blouses, altered garments and jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refund Timeline
Once received and inspected, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
